To open hsCADCreator click on hsCADCreator under your All Programs items. This will start the hsCADCreator program.

 

hsCADCreator is by default installed with an entry into your start menu.  To start hsCADCreator go to you Start Menu Æ Hachisoft Æ hsCADCreator Æ hsCADCreator as indicated in the image below.
